Request Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Data Safety requirements, you may request permanent deletion of your TradeShowAI account and all associated captured lead data.

What data will be permanently deleted?

  • Your user profile, login credentials, and contact details.
  • All business card scans, uploaded images, and OCR contact records.
  • All audio voice recordings, notes, and AI-extracted transcripts.
  • Export logs and follow-up email drafts.

Note for Organization Administrators: Deleting an administrator account also deactivates team member access associated with that company tenant.

Already have the mobile app installed? You can also delete your account instantly in 2 taps: Open TradeShowAI → Profile → Settings → "Delete Account".
