These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your company ("Customer", "You") and TradeShowAI ("TradeShowAI", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the TradeShowAI web platform, mobile applications, and related lead capture and sales enablement services.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using TradeShowAI, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company as an invited team member, you agree to comply with all policies established by your organization administrator.
2. Description of the Services
TradeShowAI provides an enterprise SaaS solution for exhibition and event sales teams, including:
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) business card capture and extraction.
- Voice note recording, transcription, and qualification extraction.
- Multi-tenant team management and role-based permissions (Administrators and Sales Representatives).
- Centralized event lead databases, export tools, and automated follow-up communications.
3. User Roles & Account Security
TradeShowAI maintains multi-tenant separation across all corporate data:
A. Organization Administrators (Managers)
Responsible for managing organization credentials, assigning team seats, configuring event parameters, managing corporate billing, and receiving organizational notices.
B. Sales Representatives (End Users)
Access the service exclusively upon invitation from an Administrator to capture and manage event leads. Sales representatives incur no personal subscription fees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Corporate Subscriptions & Billing
Organizational access to TradeShowAI is provided under commercial B2B subscription plans:
- Enterprise Invoicing: Corporate subscription fees, renewals, and professional onboarding are billed via authorized B2B invoices and electronic payment processing outside the mobile app binary.
- Service Period: Access is maintained for the duration of the active subscription term. Upon expiration of an evaluation or subscription period, organizational access may be suspended until renewed by the Administrator.
- Renewal Communications: Renewal notices, invoices, and payment confirmations are transmitted directly to the Administrator via registered corporate email.
5. Customer Data & Privacy Compliance
You retain all ownership rights in the business cards, contact data, voice recordings, and prospect information collected by your team through TradeShowAI.
You represent and warrant that your team obtains all necessary consents required under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM) before capturing, processing, and sending follow-up communications to prospective clients.
6. Account Termination & Data Deletion
Administrators and individual users may request complete deletion of their personal and captured prospect data at any time:
- Directly within the mobile application: Profile → Settings → "Delete Account".
- Via our public web deletion portal at: tradeshowai.cloud/delete-account.
Upon verified request, account data is permanently purged from active production databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
TradeShowAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeShowAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the service.
